Information about the Service

Link Business Hub is an office support service. Three types of virtual service are available: The Door, offering mail receipt and on-forwarding and a street address for your business use; The Telephone, offering call answering and message forwarding; and The Back Office, offering specialised call handling, such as making appointments, managing waiting lists and fielding enquiries from your potential clients. Each call handing service allows you to specify the appropriate call volumes that suit your needs. Invoices are issued monthly and changes for your selected package are made in advance for the coming month.

For standard call answering, there is no additional charge if your calls remain within your selected call volume package within the calendar month. Where your calls exceed the volume selected, excess call rates are charged and the costs are outlined below.

Link will advise you of the most cost effective package for you based on your call volumes and will advise you if an alternate call volume package is more cost effective. Link will also offer to retrospectively charge at the most cost effective package for you, should your calls exceed your selected call volume package.

For The Back Office service, there is no additional charge for calls that are handling your new client sales enquiries. Charges are incurred when a booking is commenced. Time spent on calls is added up and charged to the nearest 15 minute increment each month in arrears. For example, if three calls resulted in diary management and the diary management component of the call took 5 minutes each, including providing all details you would wish your new clients to have, you would be charged for 15 minutes of the "Administration Service/Diary Management" cost below, prorata.

If you are in the Newcastle area, you might choose to combine your virtual office plan with on-site services for meeting clients. Additional hourly costs for offices or boardrooms are outlined below

Link Business Hub is also a serviced office facility, The Space. Current availability can be found on the Link Business Hub home page under Current Space Openings. Casual office bookings can be made by the hour, or "Shared Office" packages are available for 20, 40, 80 or 120 hours per month, used in half or full day blocks.

Minimum Term and Minimum Charge

There is no minimum term for virtual services, and we welcome call handling for holiday relief, although there is a minimum charge of $65.

There is no minimum term for The Space services, although reduced rates are offered for lease periods of 6 months or longer.

Charges and Pricing

All current service prices are available on the website and are dynamically calculated based on your selections made when filling out details in Get Started or Get Quote.

Cancelling the Service

We request 2 weeks notice for cancellation of virtual services, unless a specific end date was elected at the time of service placement.

Leases are supplied with The Space services and notice periods to cancel leases apply as per the terms of the lease. A standard Commercial Lease is used for The Space services, with minor additions to reflect the shared nature of common areas.
