Beyond simply a commercial property for rent, the kitchen facilities, reception and external courtyard are part of our shared office space and co-working location and provide an outlet for social interactions with like minded people. In addition to your private office, bookings can be made to use either the boardroom, which comfortably seats 12, or other more intimate office spaces, if you have a gathering of people.

Arrangements can be temporary office space or long term office space to suit you, with durations as little as one month, although we would love to have you settle in with the team for as long as you like, with support from our personal assistants and receptionist services.

Any support you need is available on site from our team of personal assistants.  Your calls can be routed through reception, for personalised telephone answering in your business name.  Alternatively calls can be passed directly to you, and diverted back to reception, or to your voicemail, if not answered.  We set this up for you and phone diversions can be changed according to your needs as often as necessary, whether you are on holidays, or in meetings. We can perform a telephone answering service, telephone message handling and telephone message forwarding, just like having your own personal virtual assistant.

If you require a shorter term, we are happy to arrange a casual serviced office space rental to suit your needs, either daily office rental or hourly office rental with no term contract required. 

The offices are located at 271 Brunker Road, Adamstown, which is conveniently located 5km from Newcastle centre, with ample parking and easy access for your clients.

Rail and bus transport is nearby, with Adamstown train station an easy 5 minute walk.

Our serviced offices and shared office space are suitable for one or two people and current availability is posted on the home page of the website and a site map shows the layout.

Access is 24/7 and our reception and telephones are manned from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.  Arrangements can be made on Saturdays on request.
