Professional, quality meeting room and boardrooms, available per hour, all day or multiple days. Bookings can be made for the boardroom, which comfortably seats 12 if you have a gathering of people, or other more intimate meeting room office spaces are available.

Our meeting rooms are conveniently located in Adamstown, Newcastle, and supported by experienced professionals to meet and greet your clients, show them to your location, or guide them to our comfortable reception to await you.  A welcome tea or coffee can be offered if you desire.

Our meeting rooms are located at 271 Brunker Road, Adamstown, which is located 5km from Newcastle centre, with ample parking and easy access for your clients, as they would expect.

Rail and bus transport is nearby, with Adamstown train station an easy 5 minute walk.

Tea and coffee making facilities are available all day. We can arrange catering for your breaks for morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea with local fresh suppliers, according to your timed agenda. 

If you have forms to be completed in advance we are happy to direct your guests to the appropriate paperwork and announce arrivals and offer tea or coffee if desired.  We are happy to cater to your needs.  Quotes can be prepared for multi-day meeting room requirements or catering needs.
