Receptionist / Administration Assistant (Maternity Relief part time)
LINK Business Hub is a modern, dynamic organisation that seeks to provide
high quality office accommodation and business support services in the
Adamstown area of Newcastle.
We have a
skilled team of employees dedicated to providing a high quality professional
level of support to our clients.
We are
looking for a friendly and energetic person with mature outlook who has
experience of reception, administration and telephony in a busy and varied
office environment. The position is to cover maternity leave starting as
soon as possible. Hours are 8.25am to 5.10pm Thursday and Friday.
We are
seeking an individual to work alongside other team members in providing
reception and support services to complement our clients’ businesses. The
role will include reception desk services as well as telephone support and
diary management for a variety of businesses. You will be part of a team
that works well together to provide a welcoming and stimulating environment
for our clients.
The
successful candidate will require a dynamic work ethic with a professional
but personable approach to the people we serve. You should be reliable,
confident, show initiative and work well in a team. Whilst some experience
is appreciated, your willingness and ability to learn is more important.
Applicants will have experience of a busy office environment and be familiar
with PC use and Microsoft Office tools.
A friendly
and approachable demeanour and a good telephone manner is essential.
Flexibility in being able to cover holidays for other staff is appreciated
although not essential. The position is a permanent part time role and the
hourly rate of pay is $17.31 (equivalent of Grade 3 Clerical and
Administrative Employees State Award).
